A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to provide support for claims-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first line support for claims-related inquiries via phone and email
Research and resolve issues related to claims, ensuring proper escalation when necessary
Record and track customer interactions in the claims database and manage department mail
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of general office and customer service experience; 4 years in claims or legal operations preferred
Experience in customer service and claims or legal support is desired
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Clear background, drug test, and education check required
