A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for Mac and Windows devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage and maintain endpoint devices, implementing security policies and monitoring software updates
Assist with identity management, VPN support, and administration of Google Workspace and other productivity tools
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT support or related fields
Experience supporting a SaaS environment and with Google Workspace administration
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS operating systems
Familiarity with networking protocols and endpoint management tools
Experience with security tools and identity management systems
