Fabrication Welder

Fabricator / Welder – Green Bay, WI (54304)

Pay: $23 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (8–10 hour days)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-driven Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in clean welds, precise cuts, and dependable results. You’ll be producing top-quality parts for commercial and industrial builds, working with stainless, aluminum, and mild steel.

If you can read blueprints, set up your own work, and don’t need reminders about safety or standards, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Read and follow blueprints and design specs with accuracy
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals
• Operate fabrication tools like saws, presses, benders, and grinders
• Handle your own prep, fit-up, and finishing
• Meet deadlines without cutting corners on quality or safety
• Keep your area organized, sharp, and inspection-ready

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years in fabrication or related trade (minimum 1 year welding preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Confident with MIG/TIG, hand tools, and power equipment
• Comfortable grinding, cutting, and finishing metals
• Forklift or crane experience is a plus
• Can lift up to 100 lbs safely and handle physical work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proud of your craftsmanship

The Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 or 10-hour shifts
Some overtime when things ramp up
