Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Director

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations RN Hospice.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with hospice regulations and ensure qualified personnel are employed

Direct day-to-day clinical operations, including staff training and patient care activities

Manage hospice billing processes and ensure adequate staffing through recruitment and retention

Required Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice

Current CPR certification

Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

3+ years of experience in a hospice, home health, or healthcare service delivery setting (preferred)

2+ years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
