Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Flight Engineering Manager (Level K) to support our Flight Sciences Loads and Dynamics team in Everett, Washington. The Loads and Dynamics team plays a critical role throughout the entire aircraft lifecycle, from initial concept development to the retirement of the final aircraft in our customers' fleets. As a manager, you will lead complex technical initiatives across multiple programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to technical excellence while fostering the growth and development of Loads and Dynamics Engineers within the team. You will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide proactive leadership in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment to drive technical excellence. You will excel at translating diverse perspectives within a team setting to develop effective strategies, make informed decisions, and implement innovative business models and process improvements. As a status quo agitator, you will build a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of existing operating models, tools, and processes, collaborating with others to define and pursue a vision for continuous improvement and what better could or should look like.
