[job_card.job_description]Providing leadership direction and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas. Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule May be asked to assist with set-ups requiring movement of furniture. Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments Training mentoring and coaching new employees. Minimum of 1 years experience in Housekeeping. Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred) Must have excellent customer service communication and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations Ability to lead a team
