• Outcome-Focused Metrics & Performance Management : Develop and refine metrics to assess security program effectiveness, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Transformation & Optimization : Architect and implement scalable, secure business processes that enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Business Operations Stewardship : Oversee critical operations like workforce planning and management reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced Data Analytics & Insights : Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders to advocate for cybersecurity priorities.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Communication : Ensure clear and influential communication across teams, keeping all informed on goals and program status.
• Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations : Create high-impact reports and presentations for executive audiences.
• Strategic Planning & Delivery : Lead the execution of complex security programs, balancing long-term vision with necessary tactical actions.
• Enterprise Risk & Issue Management : Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
• Continuous Improvement & Organizational Agility : Foster an agile mindset and a culture of iteration to enhance processes.

Hiring Range : $109,200 - $223,400 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
