The opportunity

Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team! As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in running critical functions of the company and lead two teams of 6‑7 engineers. While collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you'll deliver new features, reduce our technical debt, mentor the team and manage project delivery. We are looking for someone that can work market hours, starting at 6 : 30am Monday through Friday.

Experience – 5+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high‑performing Engineering organization, but flexible depending on experience

Bonus points if you bring

San Francisco, CA salary range – $203,000–$275,000 USD
