As a Junior Territory Sales Representative youll be paired with a seasoned sales mentor who will guide you through the ins and outs of the position. With this mentorship you will learn the ropes of prospecting relationship-building and closing sales within the Health Club market accounts across Texas . AS A TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL :

Meet assigned sales targets and objectives for profitable growth within your territory while being supported by your mentor within the first year of employment.

Develop and maintain business connections with organizations and customers across your territory ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

Proactively sell Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products and services coordinating the seamless installation process for your clients.

Track and manage customer data and sales progress using Salesforce (SFDC) reporting regularly to your Regional Director.

Learn everything you need about Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products industry trends and the competition in order to provide the best solutions to your customers.

Maintain accurate records of expenses forecasts and sales reports and submit them in a timely manner.

Complete required training to ensure ongoing professional development and attend sales meetings for continued growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

A Passion for Fitness & Sales : A desire to build a career in the fitness industry and develop as a sales professional.

Sales Experience : 1-3 years of direct sales experience or similar experience in client management / business generation.

Educational Background : A bachelors degree is required.

Location : Must reside in South Texas (Greater San Antonio Houston Austin areas)

Technical Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint). Basic understanding of or Oracle is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.

Customer-Focused : Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $46200 - $63000 actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of San Antonio TX and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
