Key Responsibilities
Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software products
Establish remote sessions for diagnostics and implement corrective action plans
Engage in customer support via phone and email, providing documentation of troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
At least one year of industry-specific experience is essential
Prior technical experience and / or technical certifications preferred
Experience with various operating systems and backup software packages
Data storage knowledge, including tape drives and disk storage arrays
