Now Hiring : Furniture Sales Manager Full time to run the store, and also Sales Associate

Location : Erickson Family Furniture

Manager pay Pay : $18–$20 / hour + Commission

Sales Associate pay : $16-$18 / hour + Commission

About the Role

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home? If so, we’d love to have you on our team! As a Furniture Sales Manager or Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We need a sales manager that can work 9 am - 5 pm (Monday - Saturday), with days off as scheduled. Manager will have sales people under them.

What You’ll Do

Be the face of our store—greet customers, build relationships, and understand their needs

Provide expert product knowledge and recommend solutions that fit their style and budget

Stay informed on promotions, new product launches, and service updates

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with moving furniture (30–50 lbs)

Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment

What We’re Looking For

18 years of age or older

Prior sales experience (Furniture preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Computer proficiency

Goal-driven, competitive, and accountable

Positive, patient, and adaptable team player

Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively

Flexible availability (possible days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., move furniture.

Contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug test
