We are looking for a proactive litigation attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of cases. The successful candidate will have experience handling sophisticated business disputes and will play a key role throughout all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Analyze financial records and assist in preparing complex damages models
• Provide meaningful support during trial preparation and trial, including preparing witnesses, managing exhibits, and contributing to case strategy
