Seeking High-Performance Legal Professionals with 6+ Years of Personal Injury Defense Litigation Experience

The Bassett Firm is seeking litigation attorneys with extensive experience defending commercial trucking companies. We offer both in-office and remote work opportunities with flexible compensation packages.

    • Compensation Structure

  • Traditional Billing Structure :
  • Base salary : $140,000 - $175,000
  • 2,004 annual billing hours
  • Performance and merit bonuses
  • Business development incentives

    • 2. Modified Schedule :

  • Base salary : $90,000 - $130,000
  • Flexible monthly billing : 90 - 160 hours
  • Performance bonuses
  • Business development incentives

    • Requirements : Core Requirements

  • 6+ years of substantial personal injury defense litigation experience.
  • Significant experience defending commercial motor carriers.
  • Proven track record of managing complex defense cases from inception through resolution.
  • Leadership experience in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
  • Texas Bar admission and current Texas residence.
