[job_card.job_description]Week 1 : 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) Week 2 : 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday) Strong mechanical background with experience in machine adjustments Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using various units of measure Ability to handle stress and work efficiently under time constraints Ability to interpret and apply written, oral, and diagram-based instructions Proficiency in calculating rates, ratios, and percentages and interpreting graphs Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence Strong decision-making skills, especially in dynamic plant environments High School Diploma or GED is required Minimum 1 year of experience in Machine Operation Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly Previous manufacturing experience is preferred Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance available 401K available after reaching hours worked requirement Direct Deposit Programs
