A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead customer segmentation and automation strategies throughout the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the automation strategy for the customer journey, including nurture sequences and optimized customer journey maps
Establish measurement frameworks to track performance across lifecycle stages and connect activities to business outcomes
Partner with cross-functional leadership to set targets for customer health and revenue metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of customer lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a director or senior management role
Deep expertise in building customer segmentation strategies and guiding Customer Data Platform implementation
Experience in defining and directing global programs that impact product usage, retention, and expansion
Hands-on experience with predictive analytics and customer health scoring frameworks
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced environments
