Physical Requirements : Stand / Walk Constantly. Lift / carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.

Responsibilities :

Foster and maintain a positive, winning culture

Hire, develop, retain and inspire managers and team members

Provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment

Effectively lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations

Manage labor costs and food costs to achieve controllable profit targets

Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Assist with local area marketing and community engagement activities
