Position : Data Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help drive business decisions and improve our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales, customer feedback, and website traffic, to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data, and create reports and visualizations to present findings to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for data and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
