Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent – Electrical Engineering / Software / Computer Science

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have IP experience including patent drafting and prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Preference for candidates with networking, software, 3G / 4G / 5G wireless network, or the like. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and have prior legal experience. Bar licensure in California is a plus.
