Duties : The Phlebotomist II is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices, additional is responsible for maintaining inventory, dispatch scheduling and Epic registration.Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on excellent patient exceptional patience and quality

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1 year phlebotomy experience
• Knowledge of venipuncture techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Good keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systems
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to handle different patient population including difficult patients.
• Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
