The Clinical Nurse Educator is a seasoned nursing professional with advanced knowledge and skills, specialized in guiding patient care within the vascular hospital unit. This role emphasizes education, mentoring, and the integration of best practices for the nursing team, including registered nurses and patient care assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilizes advanced expertise to educate and support nurses and staff on specialty practices in the Vascular Hospital Unit.
• Develops and applies standards for specialty nursing practices to elevate the quality of care delivered to patients and their families.
• Plays a vital role in addressing and managing complex patient care issues and enhancing medical systems.
