Job Description : HR Representative

Location : Groveport, OH - position is onsite

Pay : $24-30 / hr - weekly pay on W2

Schedule : Mon-Fri

Duration : Start ASAP - contract to hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding / Offboarding within HR system.
  • Site tour on first day.
  • Communicating with different staffing agencies.
  • Keeping up with stock of office supplies.
  • Scheduling team lunches.
  • Helping handle HR related issues as they come up between employees.
  • Keeping up with R2v3 compliance & TAPA. (Trainings / Logs)
  • Get OSHA certified to handle batteries
  • "Own" the Universal Waste Area (Batteries).
  • Monthly safety trainings.
  • Safety Committee meetings.
  • Fire extinguisher / spill kit / first aid kit checks.
  • Lock-Out-Tag-Out checks.
  • All chemicals are in SDS binder.
  • Track Objectives and Targets.
