Responsibilities
The LVN Quality Review position monitors reviews and maintains clinical documentation to assure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as Community Home Care policies and procedures to ensure payment and for data collection required by CMS. Reviews all components of the comprehensive assessment for accuracy and consistency. Communicates needs for documentation corrections to clinicians and ensures clinical documentation is submitted timely.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing School program OR become licensed by equivalency required
Experience
1 year of clinical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse required
1 year of home health experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
LVN - Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse License required
