We are currently searching for a project manager who will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving market activation and sales activities across USA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Primary interface with the client for technical and commercial interestsOrganize, staff, and manage the project teamPrioritization of work based on deliverable gating systemCoordination of multiple tasks during different project phasesStrategic planningProposal developmentCost, Time, Resource (CTR development)Manpower forecastingLevel-l, 2, & 3 Schedule developmentProject Profitability and Financial ReportingChange management (MOC)Risk and Opportunity mitigation / managementSubcontract ManagementClient SatisfactionUltimate project execution responsibilityQualifications : Proven record in pursuit project management at a professional services organization – bonus points for experience managing cyber or IT-related pursuit processesExcellent planning, organizational and time management skillsExperience managing competitive tendersStrong people management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment and negotiate across levelsKey characteristics for success : initiative, enthusiasm, commitment, perseverance, the ability to be flexible and adapt to new methods and ideas, superior attention to detail, team player, diplomacyUnderstanding of business dynamics including brand, business functions, regions, cultural differences, industries etc.Knowledge of MS Office suite (with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlinesDemonstrated ability to prioritize activities and stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environmentLanguage skills beyond English is a plusBenefits : Life insurancePaid time offVision insurance401(k)Disability insuranceHealth insurance
