Als Beauty-Start-Up bieten wir die besten Maniküre-Lösungen für perfekte Nägel von zu Hause aus. Unsere Mission ist es, eine individuell passende Maniküre Routine zu entwickeln, denn bei uns gibt es kein „Einheitsprodukt“ für alle.

Wir suchen eine : n Influencer Marketing Manager mit Erfahrung im E-Commerce und / oder der Beauty Branche!

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Influencer-Marketing-Aktivitäten. Du bringst Erfahrung aus dem E-Commerce mit und kennst dich idealerweise bereits im Beauty-Segment aus. Mit einem monatlichen Budget von mind. 50k € setzt du Kampagnen zielgerichtet um und fungierst als verbindendes Element zwischen Creators, unserem Marketing-Team und der Brand. ✨

🎯 Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Influencer-Kampagnen (Paid & Organic), inkl. Budgetverantwortung (50k+ mtl.), Reporting und termingerechter Veröffentlichung
  • Briefing, Koordination und Betreuung von Kooperationen

Kooperationen & Relationship Management

  • Aktiver Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehungen zu Creators
  • Nutzung deines eigenen Creator-Portfolios zur schnellen Aktivierung neuer Kooperationen
  • Verhandlungen für faire und nachhaltige Deals und Beziehungsarbeit auf Augenhöhe

    • Produktion & Creative Development

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creators bei der Content-Produktion
  • Input und Ideenentwicklung für kreative Kampagnen und Co-Creations
  • Sicherstellung von qualitativ hochwertigem, markenkonformem und performance-orientiertem Content
  • Monitoring & Analyse der Kampagnenperformance sowie Ableitung von Learnings für zukünftige Aktionen

    • 🤝 Das bringst du mit :

  • 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Influencer Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce und Beauty-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit mittleren bis großen Budgets (50k+)
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Empathie im Umgang mit Creators
  • Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Projekte voranzubringen und umzusetzen
  • Plattformkenntnisse : Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Pinterest von Vorteil)
  • Nutzung und Steuerung relevanter Tools (z. B. Storyclash, Linkster)
  • Begeisterung für Beauty, Trends und Community-Building
