About Us:

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 20 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

The Role:

As a Retail Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experience that we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return.

Here's What We're Looking For:

• Dependable: We're open 7 days a week, and we're looking for hardworking team members who can have fun! The position will be for 15-25 hours a week, and must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays, mainly for nights and weekends with a few other shifts available throughout the week.
• Outgoing Personality: We're seeking individuals who have a sense of humor and genuinely enjoy interacting with kids (actual kids and the adult kind), helping customers stroll down memory lane, and creating memorable experiences.
• Works Well with Others: Friendly, fun, and easy-going; understands the impact of their actions on the entire team. We are a family-oriented business, meaning that we care for each other like we are family (the ones we like).
