Serve as the primary liaison during client onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute campaigns that showcase Nation Security’s expertise and value. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the sales pipeline. Prepare comprehensive business development reports for leadership review. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security or related service industries. Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills : Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital marketing or outreach platforms. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of security services, client expectations, and relevant industry regulations. Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Organization & Initiative : Self-motivated, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills. Travel Requirements : Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
