Associate Operations Processor

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. You will learn about payment processing and the financial services industry. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact. In this role you will be performing general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature. As an Associate Operations, you will follow payments through the steps in the lifecycle such as reviewing, sorting, imagining and keying information into a proprietary processing system while verifying or matching data on documents, performing data entry tasks and routine math calculations. Other duties may include opening, receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and / or outgoing mail. The successful Associate Operations Processor will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately. The working environment is fun with a casual dress code in a highly secure facility.

In this role, you will :

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Work effectively in a team environment; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
• Once trained, ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced structured environment

Pay Range : $22.00 - $26.44
