A company is looking for a Document Formatting & Transcription Specialist to prepare documents for translation.
Key Responsibilities
Convert scanned PDFs into editable Word documents while maintaining original formatting
Handle various document formats and ensure compliance with style and formatting guidelines
Perform quality checks and manage daily page volumes while prioritizing accuracy
Required Qualifications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, particularly in formatting
Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing
Experience with medical, legal, or technical documents is preferred
Familiarity with OCR tools such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat Pro is beneficial
Technical requirements include Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2019 or later
