  • Assist Purchasers with all aspects of the purchasing process.
  • Follow-up on purchase orders.
  • Enter order acknowledgements.
  • Send and respond to emails.
  • Contact vendors when needed.
  • Send monthly supplier rating reports.
  • Attend meetings to provide updates when needed.

Requirements :

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Prefer high numeric reasoning and developed communication skills
  • Experience in MS Excel (emphasis on VLOOKUP, and Pivot tables), MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Organizational skills, customer service oriented and able to work well with others.
