About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineering / Commercial Coordinator to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This unique position combines engineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support offering exposure to commercial operations project management and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEOs right-hand providing strategic and operational support across multiple business functions.
  • Assist in planning and execution of engineering projects related to shipyard and maritime systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling documentation and executive communications.
  • Support commercial activities including client proposals cost analysis and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare technical reports presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering and operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Systems Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of maritime industrial / shipyard or industrial processes .
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage executive-level priorities .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marine engineering naval architecture or shipyard projects .
  • Knowledge of commercial operations and project finance .
  • Ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
