DSI is a sales enablement company with an immediate career opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio. This key role is responsible for shipping and receiving and must have a general knowledge in all phases of warehousing. To succeed in this role, you will need to have intermediate computer skills, warehouse management system experience is preferred.
As the Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for invoices, and the fulfillment of orders. Additionally, you will load and unload trucks; prior experience in operating a sit-down forklift is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
This is an in-person position that will report to our Warehouse in Columbus, Ohio.
Schedule : Full-time Monday – Friday 8 : 30am – 5pm

Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
- Operate within a warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Process invoices and complete order fulfillment tasks accurately
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Arrive on time, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
- Manage time efficiently and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from the facility
