A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will own strategic customer relationships and drive retention and growth across high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
Own renewals and drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
B2B SaaS experience preferred
Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
Proven ownership of renewals; expansion experience strongly preferred
Experience running sales cycles from opportunity to close is a plus
