Completion of a residency program in general dentistry, preferred. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry - ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients Positive Energy - We are enthusiastic, empathetic, compassionate, optimistic, generous, kind, and passionate. Quince Orchard Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland, full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
This is a perfect opportunity for an associate looking for mentorship and clinical development; our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.
About Our Practice
- Serving the community since 2015
- Current Drs. : 3 Hygienists : 4 Operatories : 12
- Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm
- 20% FFS / 80% PPO
- Active patient base : 9,050 - 130 new patients per month
- Specialty work in office : Ortho and Pedo
