A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer support and training for their software products.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle
Assist in onboarding new customers and manage implementation and training
Provide exceptional technical support and document client interactions
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience with ERP / IMS preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows networking and troubleshooting skills
Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
