The Pediatric Recovery Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the department during assigned shifts. Working closely with the management team, the CNC manages, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established guidelines, acting as a resource for staff while embodying the organization's mission and values to enhance the patient experience.
