All-Phase Electric Company is seeking a Lead Electrician for Commercial / Industrial / Residential, Serious Inquiries Only, You must be able to perform all work you apply for, Pay is Negotiable with owner at interview process, A performance raise will be given after a 3-month probation. We appreciate honesty upfront on your situation or what all you know, we will work with you on anything you need trained on. We are looking for a permanent replacement for our current Lead. We ask mainly to show up daily, be honest, keep your word, have positive attitude and respect towards others, communicates well, willing to learn.

• Must have a valid driver's license (you will be driving company vehicle,)
• Must have min of 3+ years of Commercial / Industrial Electrical Experience
• Must be able to pass a drug screen test
• Must be work ready and able to perform this position applying for, able to adhere to our company policies and rules, as well as Osha, etc. Requirements. Must be able to get along and treat all employee's equal, able to work in all-weather condition types (depending upon job site). Your job will be to work and lead a crew of workers on job sites, and check to make sure all work is correctly maintained, completing and finishing electrical contracted work per the specifications for each job, ensuring the work is done correctly by each worker. Must pick up all trash on job sites before leaving job site.
• Must have great attention to detail skills to make precise, able to multi-task(sometimes may go to multiple jobs a day), able to handle stressful environments with positive attitude, accurate measurements job requires, Able to install, wire, trouble shoot, diagnose, repair, problem solving, critical thinking skills, inspecting components, up to code requirements, upgrading existing or new electrical systems, installing / changing fixtures, run conduit.
• Must have great Leadership customer service to represent our company to our employees, contractors, etc. with a positive attitude, great integrity (man of word), great communication to inform General Contractors, Project Managers, Crew and others to updates / changes on job projects. Overseeing & Training New / Current Employee's on the job, according to the Company Policy Handbook, Osha Rules Regulations.
• Must be dependable, (constant call outs & tardies will be unacceptable for this position).
• Able to read basic Blueprints (to understand a structure's electrical set up) is a plus but not required.
