Special Services Specialist

duties include (a) recruits and enroll children with various disabilities, (b) maintains ten percent enrollment of children with special needs, (c) implements individualized educational plans (d) works with parents of children with disabilities. (e) work with the teachers on children with challenges in the classroom and outside the classroom. Qualifications : B. A / B.S. in Special Education or Early Childhood disorders or (12 hours) course work such as psychology / human development, behavioral science from an accredited university. A minimum of one-year experience working with preschool children comprising children with various disabilities in a classroom setting, or similar setting.
