Are you a seasoned backend engineer who thrives on building large complex and highly visible systems from the ground up Were looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer  to join a dynamic team working on a Greenfield project that will revolutionize quoting and enrollment for Spring Venture Group. What Youll Do

As a key member of our engineering team youll be instrumental in designing developing and testing critical systems that directly support our organizational goals. This role isnt just about writing code; its about being a subject matter expert who can lead by example and influence the quality and direction of our entire platform. Youll :

Design Develop and Test : Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) building robust and scalable backend systems to meet evolving business needs.

Innovate and Influence : Work closely with the Lead Software Engineer to establish technical standards and best practices ensuring were always pushing for excellence.

Ensure Quality : Uphold the integrity of our code through rigorous peer reviews ensuring that every solution delivered to production is of the highest quality.

Collaborate and Communicate : Accurately convey project information keep our Agile project tracking tools up-to-date and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Solve Complex Problems : Triage and resolve Tier 3 production issues demonstrating an ability to quickly diagnose problems and find elegant solutions.

Lead Autonomously : This is a role for someone who needs minimal direction. Were looking for an autonomous engineer who feels confident in their ability to jump in take initiative and provide vocal leadership on technical matters.
