Our leadership team is comprised of industry experts with decades of experience working for and partnering with some of the industry’s leading healthcare provider organizations.
Position Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, meeting and exceeding established annual sales quotas.
- Drive revenue growth through a combination of new business development, client retention, and upselling opportunities.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead a team of Directors of Sales across various regions, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction.
- Foster a sales-driven culture focused on prospecting new business and closing valuable opportunities.
Business Development:
- Act as a hunter/seeker, employing various channels such as cold calls, email, marketing, and social media campaigns to identify and engage prospective physician revenue clients.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and compose compelling value propositions.
Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking information on all prospective clients.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate in the development of the company's marketing strategy to support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers, customizing sales presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation to the executive team (CEO, CFO & COO).
- Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in selling healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, with a focus on mid-size to larger physician groups.
- In-depth familiarity with medical billing and revenue cycle management operations, including the RCM process of identifying, collecting, and managing revenue from payers.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding established sales goals within the healthcare revenue cycle management sector.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs effectively and propose solution recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with experience in remote work environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related major is a plus.
Compensation $175k-$200k, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, paid holidays, and PTO, 401(k)
