Paralegal with Clinical Trials Experience

A company is looking for a Paralegal (contract) to assist with contract review and negotiations in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with contract review, negotiations, and administration, focusing on Clinical Trial Agreements

Track contract negotiations and propose modifications while managing template repositories and updates

Support new Evisort workflows and manage shared drives

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree and / or paralegal certificate preferred

Experience in the clinical trial space is essential

4 to 7 years of paralegal or legal project experience required

Knowledge of clinical trials, terminology, and document workflows is necessary

Ariba experience preferred; experience with other procurement / contracts management tools accepted
