Mechanical Engineer

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their Global Engineering team in Wyandotte, MI.

Key Responsibilities

Drive improvements at sites by delivering effective mechanical engineering designs for both engineering support and capital projects

Partner with local and regional project teams to provide input on capital project scope and equipment

Support process and system design needs to deliver efficient designs that meet project objectives and plant technology requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (preferably Mechanical)

5-7+ years of experience in mechanical design and equipment expertise within a manufacturing environment

Experience with static equipment, such as tanks, piping, insulation, etc

Prior experience in supporting designs for capital projects

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds
