Business Analyst

Position Summary

As part of continuing efforts to manage HCA's IT Portfolio, we are seeking resources to support our Groups and Divisions in application rationalization. This role is critical to reducing operational complexity, improving data integrity, and aligning technology initiatives with HCA’s strategic goals. This role will be a combination of business analysis and project management

Responsibilities

• The resource will be responsible for facilitating discussion and organizing methodical approach to data review, validation and driving action on non-standard solutions used across the HCA enterprise.
• Candidate should have a foundational knowledge of IT Service Management concepts.
• This role will leverage ITSM (ServiceNow) and Productivity Tools (MS Office Suite, PowerBI) to analyze and document work.
• This role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks.
• A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication and executive presence.
• This position reports to the Manager of Application Rationalization (APM).

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related area
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT/Project Management area preferred.
• Experience working with executives
