Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively reach out and respond to client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Policy Advice : Provide knowledgeable and personalized insurance policy advice to clients, aligning with their unique needs.

Product Promotion : Promote and cross-sell various insurance products to maximize client benefit and company sales.

Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is not required. We will train.

Experience : Previous insurance sales experience is highly desirable.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused : A dedication to meeting the needs and expectations of clients.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
