Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, aligning their work with business goals.
• Oversee investigations and manage non-conformance in apparel production.
• Implement and maintain Apparel Product Integrity procedures and tools.
• Provide feedback to partners to drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability across the supply chain.
• Develop dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
