Northern California Family Medicine with Surgical OB : Outdoor Lifestyle, Great Comp & Ready Panel!

We're looking for a compassionate Family Medicine physician with Surgical OB fellowship training to join a well-established healthcare organization in Northern California. This is your chance to step into a full scope FM OB position that truly values work-life balance, allowing you to serve a close-knit community in a beautiful mountain setting. You'll benefit from immediate patient volume, a supportive team, and ample opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors.

Position Highlights

  • Practice of Family Medicine and Obstetrics with a supportive team
  • Enjoy a 4-day workweek paired with shared call responsibilities, ensuring excellent work-life integration.
  • Step into a ready-made patient panel from a retiring physician, providing immediate volume.
  • Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff who are dedicated to your success.
  • Candidates must have fellowship training in Surgical OB to be considered

Compensation & Perks

  • $345,000 starting salary, plus a generous $75,000 signing bonus, and free housing for up to 12 months for the first year
