A company is looking for a Small Business Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage client service requests, including preparing submissions and reviewing policies

Ensure effective communication and follow-up with clients, carriers, and team members

Organize and prioritize workload, managing tasks and conducting renewal meetings

Required Qualifications

Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent's License required

Industry-related certifications preferred or expected

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
