Occupational Health / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  needed for a  full-time, temp-to-hire or direct hire  opportunity with Yoh’s well-known client located in Modesto, CA.

This is a busier clinic seeing about 14-16 patients a day (both in person and telehealth visits). They offer occupational and primary care services for employees of a large corporation, including their families ages 2+. 50 / 50 primary care and injury / workers' comp visits.

SHIFTS : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Top Skills You Should Possess :

• Active / unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in state of California
• Current prescription authority required and DEA highly preferred
• Minimum (2) years' experience as a provider
• Preferred experience in : Occupational / Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Corrections, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice type setting
