A company is looking for a Senior BI & Analytics Manager to lead cross-functional BI initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BI and analytics projects, ensuring effective stakeholder communication
Translate business needs into data requirements for reporting and dashboards
Manage offshore BI developers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake
Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for dashboard design and data visualization
Experience with ETL / ELT processes and collaboration with Data Engineering teams
Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A applications
