Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations related to blind installation work. Exposure to construction environments, requiring adherence to safety protocols. A current and valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. No prior experience necessary; hands-on training provided. Experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor is preferred. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on property needs or emergency situations. Regular use of ladders and scaffolding at varying heights. Ability to travel to surrounding areas or states as needed.

About the Role
As an Apprentice Installer , you'll work with an experienced installer to open boxes, move supplies and learn the basics of easy and medium-difficulty commercial blind installation projects. You’ll be a key player in building our reputation at this growing location, supported by structured training and hands-on mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with On-site installations for commercial window treatment projects.
- Organize and maintain a warehouse space and inventory of blinds.
- Learn to accurately read blueprints and interpret manufacturer specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shorten blinds as needed for a perfect fit.
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment on site.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Complete job site reports documenting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Travel to surrounding regions for jobs as needed.
