A well-established, family-run food manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join its operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values safety, teamwork, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, wrap, stage, and load outbound orders and internal transfers
• Support production by staging ingredients and packaging materials
• Receive inbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
• Maintain accurate inventory through routine control functions
• Operate non-CDL commercial vehicles (DOT Medical Certificate required)
• Uphold food safety and GMP standards through clean and organized workspaces
• Communicate effectively across departments and respond with urgency
• Prioritize safety by following all procedures and protocols

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with temperature ranges from -10F (freezer) to 70F
• Exposure to machinery and concrete flooring
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and equipment operation

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• DOT Medical Certificate for non-CDL vehicle operation

Preferred:

• 12 years of warehouse experience
• Background in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMP, allergen handling, food defense, HACCP
• Experience with stand-up reach trucks and ride-on pallet jacks
